Aquamer Thalasso-Spa, located at Carleton-sur-Mer in Gaspésie offers care in Thalassotherapy with accommodation. We also have a lodge, the Hotel Aquamer, ideal for visitors wanting to stayin our beautiful area!
Reservation Policy – Cures and packages
When booking, a 50% deposit will be requested to guarantee your stay.
30 days before your arrival the final payment will be taken from your credit card provided when booking.
A 15% service charge is included in all our packages and tipping is at your discretion.
IMPORTANT:
Note that a week, a stay or a day started and not finished is due in full.
Reservation conditions and policies for treatments
We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your treatment to avoid delays.
A delay of 20 minutes or more may cause the therapist to refuse to practice the remaining minutes of the massage time slot and the total amount of the treatment will be assumed by the client.
You can cancel and/or postpone your treatments free of charge up to 24 hours before the date and time of your appointment.
No cancellation possible within 24 hours.
The amount of care will be claimed after this time or if you do not show up for your appointment.
For a treatment of less than $60, the total cost of this treatment will be deducted.
Cancellation policies
For any stay booked from January 1, 2023, the cancellation and/or date change policy is as follows:
Any cancellation free of charge must be made 30 days before your arrival date.
Within 30 days no cancellation possible free of charge.
For change of date within 30 days, a fee of 25% of the amount of your stay will be charged to you in addition.
Cancellation policy BOOK EARLY (reservation made before December 31, 2022)
In case of cancellation 15 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be refunded to you otherwise it will be kept.
10% service charge is included in your package and tipping is at your discretion.
Any stay can be changed free of charge with 1 month’s notice.
Stays modified within the month will be subject to the applicable 2023 fees.
48 hours before your arrival the final payment will be taken from your credit card provided when booking.

What should I bring during my cure?
Marine Cure
- 2 swimsuits;
- 1 swimming cap (long hair);
- 1 pair of sandals;
- 1 beach towel;
- 1 sports tracksuit;
- 1 raincoat;
- 1 pair of hiking shoes.
Thalasso-Rando Cure
- 2 swimsuits;
- 1 swimming cap (if long hair);
- 1 pair of sandals;
- 1 beach towel;
- 1 sports tracksuit;
- 1 raincoat;
- 1 pair of hiking shoes or boots;
- 1 backpack with hiking kit (first aid kit, etc.)
Relaxing Escape
- 2 swimsuits;
- 1 swimming cap (if long hair);
- 1 pair of sandals;
- 1 beach towel;
- 1 sports tracksuit;
- 1 raincoat;
- 1 pair of hiking shoes.

Schedules and availability
What are your schedules for à la carte treatments?
Our à la carte treatments are offered Monday to Frday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., during the regular season by reservation only. Ccontact us for more details at 418-364-7055.
Are you open all year round?
No, we are open from spring to fall, specifically from May 22 au October 22 for the 2023 season.

Do you evening massages/treatments?
No, unfortunately we do not offer availability in the evening for treatments and massages.
